Digital Products & Music Tracks

All

beat leases, exclusive beats, instrumentals, downloadable music tracks, and digital audio products are non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of music products and instant delivery/access

all sales are final once a track has been purchased or downloaded.

This includes:

Beat leases
Exclusive beat purchases
Instrumentals
Digital downloads
Music files
Sample packs

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for digital music products.

Music Services

We provide professional creative services including:

Music Production
Mixing & Mastering
Songwriting
Vocal Arrangement
Performance Services
Artist Development

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with a service provided, you may request a review of the project.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, customers may be eligible for a 50% partial refund for service-based work only.

Eligibility for Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

The project was not completed as agreed
Communication attempts were made to resolve concerns
The request is submitted within 7 days of final delivery

Non-Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind
Failure to communicate project details clearly
Delays caused by the client
Projects already approved by the client
Creative preference disagreements after revisions are completed


Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the service purchased.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may require additional fees.
